As a keen walker I felt I needed to improve my walking technique, especially after vascular treatment to my legs.  After only a few sessions with Jane, I am now walking much more freely, using the ‘take home points’ she taught me about body positioning and movement.  Keeping mobile is what it’s all about!

Jane’s yoga class was blissful. She gently guided us through a range of poses and supported me to modify my posture which felt incredible! I really enjoyed how the Alexander Technique (having never done it before) was applied to yoga and can see the benefits of this. I can’t wait for the next class!
