In this fun and friendly group you will learn how to do common gardening tasks with better posture and coordination, so that you can keep active for years to come.
You might be a keen gardener who wants to know how to look after your body so that you can continue gardening for years to come.
You might have had an injury or pain that interferes with your enjoyment of gardening.
Or you might just like to get some handy tips about how to bend, kneel, squat, dig, and keep your balance as you work in the garden!
Bring along a garden tool so that we can explore how to let your tools work for you. The group is outdoors, so dress for the weather.
