This is a skills based workshop for people who run and those who want to, taught by qualified Alexander Technique Teachers.
Learn to run with lightness and ease, to prevent injury and have fun.
In this workshop you will discover how to apply the unique principles of the Alexander Technique to running and jogging, making your running more efficient and powerful. You will be able to change any unhelpful habits you have when running.

- Runners who are interested in running faster and more efficiently
- People thinking about taking up running, who want to know how to start running with good technique
- Runners who notice they feel heavy when running, stiff during and after running, or want to improve their running style
