Alexander Technique Bendigo conducts occasional workshops for people who run or jog.

In the Run! workshop we explore how to run more efficiently, to prevent injury, have fun, and get more out of running. You will gain knowledge about movement and learn how to improve posture and technique while running.

You will be supported to apply the unique principles of the Alexander Technique to running and jogging, making your running more efficient and powerful.

The Run! workshop is especially suited to:

  • Runners who notice they feel heavy when running, stiff during and after running, have developed injuries while running, or want to improve their running style
  • Runners who are interested in running faster and more efficiently
  • People thinking about taking up running, who want to learn how to start running with good technique
